Authors of accepted papers will be asked to present their work during ICVES 2025.
The mode of presentation will be oral presentation followed by questions from the audience.
The full conference program including the time and location of each talk will be published on PaperCept.
Please follow these instructions when preparing your presentation:
- Each presentation slot is 10 minutes (talk) + 2 minutes (Q&A and shift). A session chair will oversee the session and ensure that the time limits are met.
- The presentation slides should be prepared using your own template and saved in either a PowerPoint or PDF file format.
- Please bring your presentation on a USB stick, so that it can be loaded onto the existing laptop in the session room. The session laptop will run MS Windows with PowerPoint and PDF viewer installed.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the beginning of your session and introduce yourself to the session chair. Copy your presentation to the session laptop and verify that the slides display correctly.
- Presenting from your own laptop will not be supported due to time constraints, and we cannot guarantee the availability of different cables or adaptors.
