A Key Conference of the IEEE ITSS

Join us at the IEEE International Conference on 19th IEEE International Conference on Vehicular Electronics and Safety 2025, an annual forum sponsored by the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society (ITSS). It is the premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to present and discuss new advances and research results in the fields of intelligent vehicular electronics and safety. The IEEE ICVES 2025 will be held in Coventry city, a city rich in culture and history.

Paper Submission​

Papers for the IEEE ICVES 2025 can be submitted through the PaperPlaza Portal.

  • Page Limit: 6 pages, with an option for up to 2 additional pages (with extra page charge).
  • The page limit includes references, appendices, and any other supplementary content.
  • All papers must be submitted in PDF format (up to 6MB) and must adhere to the IEEE double-column format.
