Authors of accepted papers will be asked to present their work during ICVES 2025.
\nThe mode of presentation will be oral presentation<\/strong> followed by questions from the audience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The full conference program<\/strong> including the time and location of each talk will be published on PaperCept.<\/p>\n

Please follow these instructions <\/strong>when preparing your presentation:<\/p>\n

  1. Each presentation slot is 10<\/b> minutes (talk) + 2 minutes (Q&A and shift)<\/strong>. A session chair will oversee the session and ensure that the time limits are met.<\/li>\n
  2. The presentation slides should be prepared using your own template and saved in either a PowerPoint or PDF<\/strong> file format.<\/li>\n
  3. Please bring your presentation on a USB stick<\/strong>, so that it can be loaded onto the existing laptop in the session room. The session laptop will run MS Windows with PowerPoint and PDF viewer installed.<\/li>\n
  4. Please arrive 5 minutes before<\/strong> the beginning of your session and introduce yourself to the session chair. Copy your presentation to the session laptop and verify that the slides display correctly.<\/li>\n
  5.
